Administrative Assistant

Description:

Responsible for providing clerical and support service for the efficient operation of the executive department.

  1. Provide clerical support as required by the Executive Staff including answering the telephone, ordering office supplies, booking meeting rooms, maintaining programmatic filing systems, Xeroxing, writing and distributing emails and memos.
  2. Take, type, distribute and maintain a collection of minutes at various administrative and staff meetings.
  3. Administrative liaison to Board of Directors.
  4. Other Duties as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, BA preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, skilled in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Data Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills and excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to take Dictation.
  • Three to five years Administrative Assistant experience.

Salary Range:

Varies based upon qualifications.
